My friend is quite fascinated with the ganotherapy. She just took a picture of her tongue and her pulse chart. What kind of soup would be good for her? Thank you in advance!!!
does your friend like warm or cold weather? Which beverages does she prefer? Warm or cold? Does she like wind? Does she have sometime cold hands and feet?
Has the tongue on the picture its natural colour? The darkish area is it natural or only a shadow? Did you tell her that she should not eat or drink 30 minutes before taking the picture?
I received your message that her tongue has really this natural brownish colour and that she suffers since 5 days from stomach pains. She treats with peppermint oil but doesn't really help.
Please tell her, that her metabolism is very weak. Peppermint oil has strong cooling effect which weakens her condition even more. Due to her weak metabolism heat is congested in her body which she can release with the right mixture of warming and cooling veggies. She cannot loose weight because of her weak stomach system. When her stomach is strong again, she will loose weight.
100g carrots (to boost the metabolism) 100g sweet potato with skin (for strong stomach system) 100g leek (strengthen metabolism) 100g turnips (good to reduce lung and stomach heat) 50g tomato (regulates water circulation) 50g dates (for strong stomach system) 30g ginger (for good circulation) RG/GL mixed into clear soup
Please let her drink every day 200cc of this soup, for best result combine it with spirulina intake. Why take Spirulina?
She prefers warm weather and warm beverages. Wind is fine, no problem. She does get cold feet. She says she often gets cold at night, especially in winter, "from the inside" and is impossible to get warm without drinking tea or a hot bath. Even when the room is not cold. but when she feels so cold inside her skin actually feels warm to the touch. Even today she had this feeling of "cold from the inside". She suffered with migraines for many years but it was "cured" by acupuncture. Now there are no more migraines for many years. Just some headaches. Thank you!!!
thank you for these additional informations. To warm her up deep inside her body we change her recipe a little bit. Please use 10g dried ginger instead of 30g fresh ginger.
It is very important for her to avoid raw food because it cools metabolism down. She should try to eat 3 times per day a warm meal. Most important is a warm breakfast.
