Cinnamon-Black Pepper-Powder is fitting for everybody with weak metabolism (weak pulse, often tired, cold hands, cold feet…). Most people with weak metabolism have thick white tongue coating (but there are exceptions!)
1.) take black pepper and cinnamon in equal parts
2.) if your cinnamon sticks are very thick try to crush them several times
3.) fry cinnamon and black pepper for about 15 min without any fat
4.) put them to cool and use an blender with ice crush function
5.) blend it to powder
6.) if neccesary filter the powder and blend the coarse fibre one, two, three times again
7.) use an airtight vessel
This powder is very spicy, so mix it with plantain-black soyabean-powder or your veggie soup. In this way it can be used for longterm consumption. Combine the intake always with RG/GL!
