1.) dry plantain plants (please check in gallery how the plant look like, you can take plantain with narrow or big leaves)2.) fry black soyabeans without any fat until you smell the bean emit some good fragrance3.) then add the dried plantain plants in equal quantity, fry it while stirring for about 15 min with middle heat4.) put them to cool5.) immediately blend (your blender should have an ice crush function!)6.) use a filter if nessecary and blend the coarse fibre two times again to powder7.) if you have some coarse fibre left throw it away8.) eat it like mushroom powder (pure or mixed in cereal, rice, soup or whatever you like)9.) start with one tea spoon daily and increase gradually to two table spoonsThe plantain-black soyabean powder is suitable for longtime consumption!Combine the intake with RG/GL.
