Here we open a thread for you where you can find all information in one spot. In time you will see, that the decision to boil Gano-Soup was a very good decision.
Here is also where you can ask any question and tell us how you feel. Only if you tell us how the Ganoderma mushroom and Gano-Soup affects you we can give you other helpful suggestions.
Lian Lotus is 26 years old and has anemia. She writes:
I always thought to have a very fast metabolism because I can’t put on weight easily. I freeze very often, have cold hands and feet all the time, even in summer. And I hate the wind, it feels really uncomfortable. I also drink more cold drinks than hot drinks. I just drink hot stuff when necessary. I would like to have something for my skin too. I easily get wrinkles and my scars from 14 years ago (chicken pox) are still visible.
Lian Lotus is very motivated and is looking forward to start her Gano-Soup.
Your strong top pulse agrees with your tongue, there is a lot of heat stored in your upper body. But the warmth does not circulate into your cold hands and feet. That means your metabolism is very weak. Blood, nutrients, oxygen, energy and warmth is not distributed equally in the body. This recipe will stimulate your body to get into balance.
Detailed instructions how to prepare your soup you find here:
100g turnips with peel and if available green leaves (Mairübchen) 100g leek 50g tomato, best is beef tomato (Fleischtomate) 50g organic lemon with peel 50g dates without seed 30g fresh ginger with peel RG/GL mushroom powder stirred every time freshly into the daily hot portion. You should drink every day 200ml of this vegetable broth.
Please add 20 tablets Spirulina for your anemia. With Spirulina you give your body the best food to make fresh new blood cells. Why this is so important you can read here:
ich kann dir leider nicht auf englisch antworten. Vielleicht ist Ganoderma so lieb und übersetzt Die Datteln kannst du mit Gerstenmalzextrakt oder einfach braunem Zucker ersetzen. Das gibst du bitte nach dem Kochen und Abgießen bei und nimmst soviel, bis es für dich eine angenehme Süße hat. Dein Magen ist sehr schwach, der Gerstenmalzextrakt bzw. braune Zucker wird ihn stärken.
Instead of dates you can take Gerstenmalzextrakt (barley malt extract) or simply brown sugar. After you boil the vegetables and put them through a sieve, you add just enough of these sweeteners that it tastes pleasantly sweet. Your stomach is very weak, the barley malt extract or brown sugar will strengthen it.
Dear Lian Lotus, In that case it would be good to stick to brown sugar, because the rice sirup does not strengthen your weak stomach. Many of us here in the west stay away from every gram of sugar. But we forget that our stomach needs some sugar for protection. So, after boiling put just enough sugar that it taste comfortable for you.
Please feel free to keep asking. Only when we understand things we can help our body. We look forward to hear from you again.
Alright. Thank you very much for answering. So for how long must I drink the soup? And when can I start to try out wheat and co? (Gluten) Greetings Lian 🌺
Dear Lian, That is a good question. Gano-Soup is not like a medication that helps to get rid of certain symptoms. These vegetable combinations are like super food and are very nutritious for the body. They bring your body back into balance. Nobody can tell you how long your body needs to do that. If you are patient and regularly send your tongue picture and pulse test to adjust the ingredients of the soup, you will notice an improvement.
Some years ago I myself suffered from many food intolerances including gluten. Every now and then I tested if my body was ready to deal with it by eating something containing gluten. Now I am very happy that I did not give up on vegetable soup with Ganoderma mushroom. Yes, it really works.
Hello. I am really worried. I went to see my dentist and she wants to do a root canal treatment bcos my tooth aches very bad. Whenever I eat or drink something cold or hot I really feel pains. A year ago my dentist discovered a beginning caries/ cavity, well that's what she said. She drilled and filled my tooth. Since then I have been having problems. Does anyone have any experience? What can I use? Thanks in advance
Oh, my heart goes out to you and your painful tooth. You asked a very difficult question.
We encourage you to do as much research as you can about root canal treatment. Try to inform yourself on the pros and cons. There is much written about that subject. You can even google Ganoderma or Reishi and root canal treatment and you will find some interesting comments and experiences.
The more you know about your painful tooth the easier it will be to make the best decision in your case. I wished somebody would have encouraged me to do research before I had a root canal done almost 2 years ago. The actual treatment is not very painful at all. In my case the infection did not clear up after three months as expected. The dentist sent me to a dental surgeon with the goal to perform a Apicoectomy (Wurzelspitzenresektion). At this point I finally started to do some research myself. Since I did not have any pain I decided to wait and see.
Just a few weeks later the mushroom and Gano-Soup was introduced to me. When I learned all what Ganoderma can do in my body I was more than ready and secretly I hoped that this would also clear up my tooth infection. In the meantime more than a whole year went by. My recent visit to the dentist was very encouraging. No more infection! And thanks to regular use of GanoZhi toothpaste I did not even need a professional cleaning.
Whatever you decide in your particular case, I can highly recommend to keep taking Ganoderma. Get well soon!
We are going to adjust your Gano-Soup recipe a little. Pain on the root of teeth are very often caused by heat congestion in the stomach. That is why we reduced the ginger and added china cabbage.
100g turnips 100g leek 50g china cabbage 50g organic lemon 20g ginger brown sugar RG/GL mushroom powder
