In the past Shanti always had serious difficulties to digest spirulina. Now we wanted to see if there would be the same problem with the superiour product of DXN Spirulina. So, she took only two tablets and experienced the same stomach pain as in the past. After two days she took another two tablets. Again the same discomfort.
Now Shanti wants to know if she should just start her Gano-Soup without spirulina or is there another solution? She is very motivated to follow any suggestions.
from our experience we know that reaction often decrease when we increase the dosage. The body is actually so to say crying for a higher dosage. Please try if 15 tablets are better for Shanti.
Shanti is quite nervous about taking 15 Spirulina tablets as suggested, because in the past even 2 tablets gave her stomach pain. Is there anything she can do to help her body to cope with this? hi i am writing about the problem with the spirulina and the stomach problem. it would be good to take it with warm water or in a meal together not on empty stomach then it won,t hurt. but after a while the pain should subside wishing you all the best and no fear its all natural.if one wants to lose weight then its good to take it an hour before meal or just start out with a small amount and see how it works.
