BPH is a noncancerous enlargement of the prostate gland. It is very common among middle age and older men. For example, 40% of men 50-60 years of age and 90% of men 80-90 years of age have been diagnosed with BPH.
These men have swollen nodes inside the prostate which press against the urinary tract. This causes many problems like the need for frequent urination, sometimes even bleeding during urination. It could even damage the kidneys or affect a man's sexual life.
While researching this disease I came across some interesting Information I would like to share with you. Studies have shown that Triterpenes in Ganoderma prohibits an enzyme involved in this disorder. This is very good news for all men.
The middle aged husband of one of my friends is suffering from BPH. He is taking medication for this illness.
Now he decided to try Ganotherapy. He is not yet ready for soup. But he wants to take the capsules. Does anyone have experience with BPH? Which capsules would be good for him? What dosage? Is there any other suggestion what he can do?
thank you for your interesting comment about BPH and your question. Ganoderma is very good for BPH.
Many DXN partners gained very good results with half mega dosage of RG and GL. This means he starts with one pair RG/GL and increase gradually until 15 pairs per day. When he is willing to combine with soup, less pairs are needed.
Additional it is very helpful to include pumpkin seeds in his daily diet. The seeds have warming effect and are a good remedy for men's problems.
